Clam needs help

One of my clams looks a bit sick. I'm not sure what this is, but it seem like my clam's having gaping. Water parameters are great, the other clam seem too be doing great also. He are some pictures. Please if anyone knows about clams help me help him before it's too late.

That picture was taken 2 days after arrival. It did arrive looking almost like that he just got a little worse afterwards. Unfortunately he died the next day.
