Never had a pair of clowns spawn, so this is neat. The pic is crappy, but basically the redish area under Ms. Clarkii on the rocks beneath her are full of eggs. Pretty cool. I read Rogers posts and saw he was successful in actually raising a few, I won't be able to do that I am pretty sure.

Anyway, it will be interesting to watch what happens for sure.

Cool mine Clarkiis spawn about once a month like clock work and boy are they territorial when that time comes just watch your hands they can draw blood

They actually aren't really "difficult" to raise. It just requires time and the dedication to do it right.

Here is one of my baby Spotcinctus at 60 dph.

These things are so territorial they are destroying my tank!!! The male actually flipped a piece of rock about softball size up and off where i had it ..... guess they don't like my landscaping. Sand bed..... ha! Sand Storm more like it. Right now me and Clarkii's are not on speaking terms!!! :mad2::mad2:

Yep I hear that, they are actually about to get thier own tank with a rbta. My wife likes them so I can't get rid of them, I think she only likes them because she doesn't have to put her hands in the tank

Eggs hatched last night, so Mr & Mrs are fairly normal today :).
Not sure if I am going to try and raise a few or not on next few spawns. If I do, I guess I have to be ready with rotifers, tank, and time :). Thanks Roger for your time today explaining details to me. I have some travel coming up so prolly will wait till that is done.
