I have 2 black and white occellaris clowns and a GBTA and was wondering if there are any tricks to make clowns host an anemone?

here's your main problem, Nicole:
GBTA's (the anemone Entacmaea quadricolor) isn't a natural host for ocellaris.
You'll get lots of replies for "tricks" to get your fish into that anemone but the bottom line is that they won't go into it until they're good and ready. It might take a couple of days or it might take a couple of months.

Pictures! I swear by this method, its worked twice for me, once for orange ocellaris clowns into a crispa, and recently for black and white occ's into an RBTA so it does work. It may take a few weeks, I had my pictures stuck to the tank for about 10 days before they went into the RBTA completely. After that they just couldn't leave it

My black and whites didnt till they where about a year old and had 6 bubble tips now they are hosting nine of them but they only lay their eggs on one rock right under the biggest one. I think the more bubbles the better or put one in then take it out for a couple weeks and add it again and they sometimes will go to it. that worked with another pair I have. Also if you have damsels get them out they will chase them away from anenomes.

No I do not have any damsels. I used chromises but I am down to one. I did have an orange pair of clowns with damsels and the damsels killed the clowns.

Agree, but then veggie clips and PH's aren't natural hosts either, and I've seen them take those as hosts many times!LOL
Occs seem slow on accepting host nems.
Pics may help, but patience is key.
And don't force them together/enclose them w/ nem, if tolerance hasn't built up to nem stings they could be killed.

I didn't think the picture thing would work for my pair of occ when I wanted them to host a gbta, but I put up about 4 different pictures of ocellaris clowns hosting anemones, and the clowns were in it within a week. It could have been a coincidence, but I think the pics may have encouraged them at least a little.

There is no snake oil, no magic tricks, no voodoo that's going to get your clowns into your anemone safely or before they are ready to go into it. Forcing clowns into any healthy anemone is a very bad idea! Just let your clowns mature and odds are they will move into the anemone when they are ready.

+1 elegance but some clowns wont even take notice to anemones. At night, i shined my flashlight on my anemone and just propped it up there and sat and watched. in 10 minutes they would both swim around it and one even started swimming around its tentacles. this is amazing seeing as they both stay on the other side of the tank and sleep there. now they chill by the anemone all the time but never really "host" in it. did somone say music can help?
