Clown trouble..

My ocellaris clown has been hanging in one corner towards the top of the tank all day..kind of angled towards the bottom of the tank (tail towards the surface, face towards the sand) and is being really odd. Not breathing heavy or anything.

I took a close look at him and he has two jumps towards his mouth/chin area. Definitely not ich, but look like a pimple would on us. Any ideas what's up.?

Mine does the same thing sometimes. No bumps though.

How long have you had your clown in the tank? Did you change anything in the makeup of the tank recently?

My clowns do the same albeit they were only put in on Tuesday, so this could still be them getting used to the tank.

They still eat normal and swim around during the day. It's mostly at night they retreat to their corner where I assume they feel safe.

Yeh mine do that some times. Its normaliy if they have been spoked or harasted by fish. Once they get settled and see nothing will hurt them, they are fine and swim normaliy aroind the tank.

Well..pulled all my LR out, check everywhere in my room, and he's legitimately vanished..he had to have died during my 72hr blackout, and by the time I uncovered my CUC and shrimp took care of him..didn't find any remains at all :/ this stinks! He was a fun little guy
