Clownfish food

They are definitely adults. I bought them as a pair. (proven pair). I posted in disease and treatment just to make sure before i treat.
 
They look like wild caught ocellaris - nice pair.

If that's the tank you want to have them spawning in I would add some rocks and caulerpa or other macro algae. Maybe also some shrimp. Anything that gives them a bit variety.
Maybe also a hardy anemone like a H. malu. I have one that seems to like the light of a Philips Daylight LED bulb, it almost doubled in size within weeks.

If it was my tank I would probably also add another (pair of) fish (gobies, damsels,...)

I know that most commercial hatcheries use naked tanks like this - mostly for convenience reasons - but it isn't good for the metal state of the fish. After a while they become dull and develop stereotypy syndrome.
 
Their head shape seems perfect in the picture.
Most captive bred have to some degree deformations, especially the ones from the big hatcheries. ORA ocellaris and percula are IMO for the most part only good as feeder fish.
