comline 9010 output/venturi nozzle broken off during shipping :(

I ordered my 9010 online about 3 months ago, but due to renovations in the basement, ive only setup the new 150g tank now. I put in the 9010 and it produced no bubbles at all. Upon closer inspection I found that the pump was not properly seated in the skimmer body, the air hose was not connected and the hydrofoamer's output/ventur/i piece was broken off. Can i get a replacement piece somehow?
