3 more tusks posting tonight if anyone is looking for one. 2 juvis and 1 adult.

Gold midas blenny coming too though it does not say if african or not.

Candy Basslet coming today supposedly, those are always fun to see.

They went like 4 days in a row with the yasha/shrimp combo, and when I decided it was fate to get it, next day no more, I will keep watching though.

For all you clownfish nuts there is a latifasciatus for sale. If only I can talk the wife into dropping 300 bucks on it.....
It's only a single. LFS here had a small pair for the same price a few weeks ago. Unfortunately I'm out of space for anemonefish.

Yup - $180 each. They went quick too - so did the adult.

Why do people snatch up the juvi's so quick?

I think because you rarely ever see juvis and it's interesting to watch the color morph

True but who wants an indo tusk.... the development of the blues and deep orange in the Australian should be awesome to watch

That's exactly why Aussie Tusks are much pricier :) They're even better to see when diving! 10/10 highly recommended

They are actually pretty nice in person. The males have a beautiful iridescence and their head gets a solid orange coloration. The females aren't all that great but trust the males really are a nice site

I knew juvi would be small but darn. Gonna be cool to watch him grow.

No he isnt deas. Just typical tusk behavior and he is swimming around in his qt tank now as ttm is occuring

I may need to grab one of these juvi tusks. An Aussie tusk is one of the reasons I went with marine aquarium. I saw an adult in an lfs way back when and dreamed of having one. Yesterday's was 1.5" and 2" I think. Anyone know how quickly they grow? What I have read in past research and heard from lfs is that they are slow growers. I already saved up for the upgrade to the 180 (or more) once out of the apartment and have a 35 long that could be all his for the next year or so. My gf thinks I am bonkers that I am looking to move to support a larger tank lol but I need it with my regal and purple tang!

Edit: and I said the 35 gallon tank for himself due to my concern for already having 4 wrasses in the 75...
