Cool Fish on Diver's Den

Pair of curacao deepwater cave basslet $699. Pretty cool.

The barber anthias didn't make it? Or were they presold?

If an item doesn't show up, it's usually because it wasn't ready to be listed. Today was a weird day, not only did that fish not get listed (to my knowledge), but I didn't see the Yellow Lined Shrimp Goby Pair or Fantail Pipefish listed either. Possibly others were omitted without me noticing, those were just off the top of my head that I noticed didn't show up tonight.

Typically because the fish wasn't cooperating for the picture is why they don't come up. DD doesn't pre sell fish before, trust me I have contacted Kevin about this and I can assure you that isn't part of their buisness model

There is a Red Sea Cobalt Slender Grouper being listed today. Beautiful fish and it's rare. Cant wait to see just how much they are going to ask for it.

Also going to be a Royal Gramma Trio!!!

With a max size of 2', that grouper would be a great addition to a very large FOWLR.

I would get the yellowcheek basslet, but it is $250.

I'll never understand fish for sale like the Cobalt Grouper. It tops out at 2 feet long and requires a minimum of 300 gallons and that's being conservative. At $2,500.00 who buys these things? These fish seems more geared toward public aquariums and not the average or even advanced reef tank hobbyists. Even if I had a 1000 gallon reef tank I would never consider a fish like this. I'd much rather have a Blue Line Tamarin Wrasse, Lineatus Wrasse pair, Bandit Angelfish or Gem Tang.

Fantail Pipefish (Doryrhamphus paulus)

Mine! :D

I was looking for these as companions to my two blue-spotted idiots (they are doing fine, but still play their stupid hole swapping game).
Now I just need to find the matching female for this little guy.

I also ordered this tiny (1-1/8") Indonesian Marine Betta:

It will be paired up with the ORA Marine Betta I received from LiveAquaria as replacement for the one that was DOA.
They actually refunded the money for the original, sent me another ORA Betta - which unfortunately also was DOA (I suspect this was due to the cold pack they added), and finally had ORA ship me one directly who arrived in perfect shape (without cold pack).
Customer service is one thing where nobody beats LiveAquaria and Diver's Den and one of the reasons why I order quite a bit there these days.

Gramma linki

Likely a female (genital papilla can be seen in the picture).
I'm surprised that this isn't gone yet - it's a pretty rare fish.
