Coral beauty developed a white spot on its tail

Heya,
I have a coral beauty in quarantine,
It has developed a white spot on its tail. I don't know what the heck it is. Fish is fine! eating well. I feed it hikari marine S pellets and dried seaweed. It does accept food and eats like a pig.

Lymphocystis is quite common with angelfish, especially if treated with copper.

No I did use copper at all.

Now it seems the white spot has turned into a see through hole roughly 2 mm in diameter.
Kindly advice.

But can you say the same for the store you bought it at, the wholesaler they got it from and the collection site?

I guess this was collected at Indonesia, shipped to Singapore- coral farm- then to Qianhu and then to the supplier in India. That's where I got the fish from.
