sorry the blueface had to go but yeah i know all about their coral appetites, is why i divided my aquarium into 3 sections so i could still enjoy my angels- but you have more than enough aquariums in the back to enjoy lots of reef unfriendly fish!

two weeks, 258 pages, 6432 posts (OK, i didn't read them all) but what a journey!! Team Nineball well done!! Now if I could only see it in person.

Does anyone know what eats blue face angels? :furious:

I realize this is too late as the perp has been taken care of, but I have refered to the Undulatus Trigger for such jobs and a good friend of mine referes to them as the start over fish. They have a well documented track record of killing most any fish they lay eyes on. A customer who wanted to remove a black damsel from his tank, once actually took this advice (given as a joke) seriously and they requested we replace all the dead fish he didnt want to rid him self of. Ij ust think of that a laugh, thought he understood... I was wrong!!! one tank devoid of fish $30 his face when he returned the Trigger Priceless................

Back in my wholesale days I sold 5 Undulatus for every one I imported. My customers kept coming back with them saying, "just take it for free, it's killing everything in my tanks" :) I can't think of a nastier fish other than maybe a well settled Pseudochromis wilsoni :hammer:

There are a lot of gorganian in thoses pictures. I thought that they were very difficult to maintain. If not, could you tell me which species are they?

Best Regards
Chris

Killer!!!
Mr Wilson, you need to include a how to keep anthias chapter in your book. I gave despar a try two times. Things would start off nice but they would just evaporated over a couple of weeks. Never a sign of trouble, always saw each feeding and swimming fine. But I would come to school the next day and there would be one less. I know I am doing something wrong with them but just have no clue what

Please don't include the copy of the pic in any comments (unless its specific to a question) as it takes up too much space on the thread.

Thanks,

Peter

Peter,

Kudos for this request. I hate reading threads where people repost a dozen pictures, only to reply "Nice Pictures!"

You have done an amazing job with this build. I love the behind the scenes quarantine facility!

I'm sure the answer to this lies somewhere in the previous 200+ pages, but are you getting most of your fish and corals locally (e.g. Toronto/oakville) or importing them?

Wow! It's really starting to fill in. The whole set-up seems completely transformed. I must come for a visit again someday soon. <nudge><nudge>
