Wow congrates on the progress Cully. Must have been the best feeling seeing life in there. And wow 10 minute water change nice.
 
Finally got some coralline going and Pascal is wiring up the fans for my hood. Once tha

t's complete, GAME ON! I'll be ditching the few softies I have going for temporary aesthetics and blowing some coin on SPS.

In the meantime, a quick skimmer review for my Reef Octopus skimmer.

Wow, just checked back into this thread, looks great Cully. Glad the lower durometer pads are working out for ya. I just went above and beyond and encased my whole pump in one :eek:. silenced that little bastard :smokin:
 
Thanks dudes. I call the stack "the wedge". Helps with the gyre. Pics don't do these tanks justice. Peoples eyes always bug out when they see how big these DD tanks are in person. You're looking at about 150-200#s of rock. Doesn't look like much in the pics.
 
I can definately notice the growth since last viewing.Looks great.I agree pics dont give the true size,I was surprised when I saw it ,not just the depth but the height was more than I expected to see.
