They're both 50/50 with any corals, but the reagal is much more of a delicate and hard to keep fish.

Thanks for all the kind words!

Fliger, it's now 9x54w.

my2girls, you wouldn't happen to be moving out here to Singapore would you? ;)

Purple Haze, it sure is packed and what you see now is after removing/pruning about a third of the corals!

hawaiianwg, sps prices here typically range from USD25 - 50. They come from all over the Pacific.

otf, I haven't noticed any lightening since going SSB (1/2"). It has pretty much stayed the same.

Keith, I would say about a third grew out from frags, another third aquacultured and the rest from wild specimens.

Mark, more pics coming right up... :)

AI3, if I had to attribute improved coloration to several factors, they would be tank maturity, light spectrum, good flow, stable parameters, powerful skimming, regular water changes with good/proven salt to replenish essential trace elements and dosing of amino acids (mainly for the pinks).

Benson, for an sps tank, both angels should do fine. Also, as Doody mentioned, the Regal is more delicate... but if you can get it to feed readily, it should adjust nicely to captivity.

Very nice Dan! Wished my tank is 1/2 as colorful and jammed pack ful of gems like yours. Congrats dude!

Chemical warfare and amazingly, a few hours later, it's a tie with neither coral showing much damage.

Lets see your tank had always been my answer to "you can't keep SPS with T-5s" and now its the answer to "you can't grow SPS with T-5s". Good stuff you need a bigger tank!;)

Amazing tank, definitely an inspiration.

Did you keep a 1/2" of sand just for aesthetics or do you feel there is still a benefit to keeping your sandbed? would you ever go barebottom?

Are you wet skimming?

Flippin' sweet Danano! Very nice tank. The pictures are outrageous!

If you keep showning updates, I'll keep clicking on the threads. :)
