Hey what's up guys =) sorry for letting the thread go without updates..
Tank is doing good colors are good just battling this fricken briopsis is putting a toll on me and the tank.. The tech M route does not seem to phase my strain and basically has almost wiped out all the montis in the tank except my forest fire. I'm slowly getting it under control but it's getting to a point that I may chop my colonies off and move them into my garage for a while and see some new rock.. I get the large masses of it but notice it spreading to other parts of the tank.. I'm literally at wits end (again). Funny thing is I literally think it came from some cheap plugs I ordered on eBay, I know that sounds almost impossible but it started growing on the plugs, bored tang decides to chop it off yet not eat it and that leads me to a battle of spreading terminator algae from hell.
Wayland no need for the bone cutters I have plenty =).. Gotta get together soon.
Taylor I can get you a pearl berry no problem how about a trade for the citr red dragon you got from me? since my 9" colony decided to shed it's skin over a 3 day course after I left a kalk pump on before work and flooded my stand =)..

My buddy is battling Byopsis with 5 Emerald cranbs and nudibranchs that eat the stuff. He had it real bad; it is largely going away now. Might want to look into it.
A permanent solution would be to chop off the colonies and reset the tank either with new rocks or use old rocks but bleach/acid wash them first.
Corals look great BTW. Thanks for the update. :beer:

Lol. Good luck man. I've tried pm, texting him etc. I think Dan is officially off the reefing radar. Last I heard his tank was still going, but it's been months since I've heard from him.

Yeah I tried searching for Grant's tank thread...none to be found. Did he have some problems with his new setup?
