Decaying anemone?!

My green BTA recently suffered a powerhead-related injury. The injury wasn't that bad, but as a result, it started splitting. It was looking fine the last couple days, but it looks like it's decaying. What do I do?!

The dark red in the picture is just rock.

Its in bad shape but doesn't appear to be dead yet. If it starts to fall apart, then take it out.
