Are you using Chrome? This happens with chrome. Try Firefox instead. Safari works on the Apple products.

My second thing, does anyone use the AP1 with their Archon or have a different method to monitor humidity? I'd like to use my Archon to control a fan, however everything I've read shows the AP1 not being very reliable. Hard to spend that kind of money on something that will often need replacing.

I have not used the AP1. I have a humidity reading on my air conditioner thermostat so I don't really need it. In fact I can set it to come on if the humidity gets above a setpoint. Usually it is around 35%.

Yeah, I start with Chrome on my phone since I can add an icon for the Archon on my home screen that takes me right to it. The problem is if I start with Chrome the issue carries over to the other browsers too. Firefox will fix that issue? I'll DL it tonight to my phone and give it a go.

Unfortunately with Chicago winters I can't use an AC unit year round to manage humidity. I could take the cheap way out, I know there are humidistats out there, but at this point I do like everything being connected and visible through the Archon. Guess I've been spoiled lol
 
I just received my Archon a few days ago and have it tied to my network but not to my system as yet. The only problem I am having is an inability to stabilize the clock. I set the time and check the box yes to sync with the local time and hit save. I leave the Archon page and when I return the time is different. Obviously I'm missing a setting or time zone. Any help would be appreciated. I want to tie this into my system and start programming it but I need the time issue worked out before I do that.
 
Is there a way to set the minimum time between email alarm reports? Recently, my ORP dropped down to my lower alarm threshold, and I got dozens of reports over a 1 hr period. One email would have been enough. Is there any way to control this?

It's 3 hours behind my local time. I think it is set for Pacific time. I am in eastern time.

What is your software version? Do u have the setup tab?

That would be the utc setting. I am in central time and that is a -6. I don't know if that is in the setup. I am still on .62. On .62 you get to it by pressing reset button for over 10 seconds. Doing that will force you to setup wifi settings, name and password and email settings. It comes defaulted to pacific time. If you don't change the UTC it will revert back to it as it auto corrects the time once a day I think.
 
OK. I'm on 63. It's supposed to automatically sense the time zone based off your router or ISP iirc. What Dave speaks of was eliminated in 63. I was first to test it and it was sort of written for me. Lol. Let me get with Eric to make sure on how to change the time zone.

I put that in but didn't refresh the screen. Eric sent me the steps so I'll give that a shot and see what happens. BTW, is my software setting current? I get emails saying there is an update but the system tab says I'm current.

My apologies. My software version is 1.09.63. I assume I should see update firmware and software buttons when I need to update either one. The firmware version currently loaded is 1.08.10. Sorry for the confusion.
 
Understood. I tied the Archon to my system and for the most part my old input and output labels transferred. I have some issues with the APC and ALC programming but will post questions later for help. Thanks again.
