Disease ID - Sick PBT

Hey guys. My powder blue tang is starting his 3rd week in QT, and he's showing signs of something. I don't have much experience with marine diseases and I haven't been able to ID it. Could someone help me out and suggest treatment? He had a few light brown blemishes when I first got him, but they disappeared soon after, so i had assumed they were scratches. Now, he seems to have some brown spots/streaks on his side and face, and what seems to be loose skin or something hanging from his lower body. He's been in QT for two weeks, with one treatment of prazi so far. He gets nori round the clock, and mysis/brine twice daily. seems to be eating fairly well. I don't know what normal tang behavior is like, but he does swim erratically occasionally. Here are some pics of his condition:

This is likely an infection of some sort. Being he's in QT, I would administer antibiotics. I've had very good success using Maracyn 1 & 2 on a PBT. Being it's a PBT, you might also want to consider treating with copper before his QT period is up. IME, PBTs can be somewhat fragile and are very susceptible to any kind of parasite.
