I just made fish food by my self.
It took around 5mins.

You can make 4 packs for $1.95!!!!!!
I added some nori and cylopeeze.

that mixed bag looks good, ill try that next time i need food. i wish there was more Asian markets on the west side.

i like joong boo. i wish it was bigger and more selection. the wednesday sashimi special is pretty awesome and thier chicken wings at the deli.

just noticed that the seafood in that package appears to be pre-cooked?....
is it? and if so, is that really good for fish food?

Yes It is pre-cooked.I did not realized that until you mention it!
I am not sure if it is ok or not. I will have to some research on that.

I've experimented with making fish food myself. Fish go crazy over fresh clams and mussels. I get my stuff at Hmart.

Precooked isn't horrible but it's not as good as raw. A lot of the nutrients get cooked off. Most of the pre-cooked stuff is also sprayed with preservatives made almost entirely of phosphate. The best way to make your own food is to go to Rubino's, Isaacson & Stein, or one of the other fish markets and get raw stuff as fresh as you can.

i read that clams, mussels, and oysters make a great coral food with AA. i used it a few time, but i didnt see a difference besides at the time my sps was raging but i dont know if it was my radium mhz..... i miss mhs. :(. anyway. cooked food might be a issue if you dont carbon dose, it seems like everyone does now adays.
