Ebay Seller Using MY Pic!

Someone should contact Ebay about her fradulent advertising. She also says her zoas are "spawning"! I'd suggest everyone go there & look at the individual pics of her frag packs--I can guarantee she didn't take those.

pretty sad she is false advertising using different pictures then what she is listing. not to mention the fact she is false advertising how rare they are and about her morphing them

You don't have to be the owner of a picture to report that the information is misleading. Nearly everyone on this forum could report her. Most of us have radioactive dragon eyes and some of the other zoa in her pictures. Postings like that give hobbiest a bad name and make many people afraid to trust those of us that are honest. I just don't get it.

The post lists $14.99 for insurance. Isn't the fist $100 of insurance included in the price of shipping express and then only a buck or two after that? I don't do much shipping, so I'm curious.

Depends on how she ships.

But yes it should...

All FedEx, UPS and DHL shipments come with $100 insurance included, as do US Postal Service Express shipments.

I think the most I've ever paid for insurance was maybe ~$2.50 for items thousands of dollars.

She's just trying to make a buck (or $15) wherever possible.

The lady is clearly off her rocker. The whole "copyrighted and trademarked" thing is complete B.S. She has no idea what it takes to do a trademark and copyright. On top of the time it takes it cost many hundreds...rather thousands to do them. You have to deal with lawyers and all that good stuff. All over a $10 frag of zoanthids.....I don't hink so. If she can't afford a better camera to take pictures of her product and has to steal them then I would love to know how she paid the registration fees. She's just blowing smoke.

Where was copyrighted and trademarked posted? I don't see it, but then agan, the listing has been edited since it was posted.

She copyrighted and trademarked her own morph.....

Hmmm... How do you copyright a living creature? Does that mean you'd be liable for royalties if they multiply? In the words of Bugs Bunny, "What a maroon..."
