Ebay Seller Using MY Pic!

Ahh, I just looked and someone has bid on it.

10 hours left to get ebay to do somethign about this. Lets go, report, report, report!

SHE is the reason I never buy anything off of Flea-Bay! Too many scam artists, and down right thives. :uzi: I'm glad to see some reefers calling her out!

I think the most I've ever paid for insurance was maybe ~$2.50 for items thousands of dollars.

Live animals are not covered with Insurance so it doesn't matter. I accused her of steeling one of my photos which she could have but just more for fun got back a very nasty note this is not a nice lady. she puts a very dark mark on us reefers. she is steeling photos all over the net.

I know she stole so many photo's from so many how can she track who sghe stole them from lol.. I did report her and gave ebay a link to this thread figure if they come here and see all this stuff be enough to get her banned. fingers crossed.
 
You'd think... but Ebay just keeps letting her post more auctions. You can tell which pics she took & which she stole.
 
Well darn it now I will start watermaking I don't care about honest folks using my photo's but people like this gal no way. she gives our hobby a bad name. flipping scammer thanks to this gal all my future photo's will be watermaked set it up today.

That's what I don't like or understand about Ebay. That's why I won't shop there.

Here is a person (scam artist) giving them a bad name, and a bad rap, yet they do nothing.

Instead of banning her, they just let her keep posting auctions... ***?

I'd do that. I don't even have a tank and I'll bid on it or throw money in for this if anyone wants to go that route.

Banning IPs are a thing of the past. Believe me, i know... I own an admin 4 different forums. I've also been IP banned from dodgeforums about 6 times and still on that site with no problems.

IP bans are no longer effective, especially since if the mods looked up my IP address they would probably find about 10 different ones.

I personally do not ban anymore. I have more evil ways of making peoples life miserable. :evil grin: Some forum owners use the ISP threat. Take it from me, you can contact the ISP many times and they do not do a damn thing.

As far as ebay, banning the CC is the best thing to do. The average person doesn't have more than 2 or 3 CCs. I do wonder about the ebay and paypal connection. Wonder if they ban you from paypal and ebay as they are the same company.

What I find weird also is how the amount she is charging for insurance and the "distance" from her is different in different auctions. In one the amount is $14.99 and 570 miles and in others it's $9.99 and 600 miles....gees!!
