If anyone needs me to make them a overlay water mark let me know...(Usable in Gimp/Photoshop as a layer) let me know...I'm always willing to help prevent art theft...I've had it happen with my music as well as art and it's horrible...
I made her one already, on a previous page. :)
How many do you have puffy? Maybe both of us together can do them if there're alot.

Could you make me a watermark saying Kyle's Reef?
thanks

No problem, I'll cook one up for you when I get home....just pm me your email address and I'll send it to you as an attachment...

Actually Jenisiz's looks more professional, the color tone of the text is lower, whereas I cannot do this until I can find how to do that in this upgrade version of paintshop pro.

With the text not as opaque, the text can be overlayed over the whole pic.
My overlay would look to opaque and hence too obtrusive to the zoa pic, which is why it doesn't quite overlay the whole pic and is tucked in to not obscure the zoas.

It's best to overlay the text over the whole pic as Jenisiz did, that way if someone really wants to nab your photo, they can't "cut away" or edit out the text, which I've heard of people doing also if you can believe it.

If I remember correctly in psp...you should be able to adjust the opacity of the layer with a slide bar...it's been years but that should work...I might make a DIY for this....

Well she did it again!

Whamming Watermelons are back up no pics of the actual coral. I have talked to Skyhigh he took tem he will be talking to Dick Perrin of Tropicoricum about it. I have also screen captured as Mike Suggested. So I'd say it's being handled for now.

How about bidding on her auction and if you win don't pay, but instead give her negative feedback for fraud.

Unbelievable! You would think that she wouldn't be so stupid to do this again so soon! I am sick of this woman... I hope this gets her banned this time.

I got a response back from eBay on my complaint. They basically said that since I didn't own the picture, there's not much they can do about it. The owner of the picture is the one that needs to complain.

This looks like the same chick (Kiki) that was selling the florida ricordea on www.ricordea.net a while back. She got in trouble then too, lol.

Can't find a link at the moment, maybe somebody can chime in here.

IMO all of you need to get over it!! who cares? if you don't have it waterprinted and you decided to (WATERPRINT) your photo's after the fact!! or copyrighted, it's up for grabs, and [profanity]you know better so GET OVER IT!!! so instead of spending all your money on those "LATE" tattoo's invest in getting your photo's copyrighted!!

You wouldn't put up with it in your so called "PUFFER FORUM" so don't bring it here, post it in your own website!!! And one more thing, I don't blame that girl for taking your pic or anyone elses pic, either has to be watermarked or copyrighted, if she searched google and found those pics, more power to her, don't post your pics on the internet very plain and simple and i'm sure i'm not the only one that feels the same, I have pictures on the internet, if someone wants to use them I don't have a leg to stand on, BECAUSE I don't have them copyrighted, that is like anyone trying to use the McDonalds arche..CAN'T DO IT!!! IT'S TRADMARKED!! copyright your pictures if you don't want anyone using them!!! and anyone that really wants to know the TRUE Puffer women, trust me I know first hand exactly how she is and how she operates.

First, you badly need to brush up on your intellectual property law. If you take a picture, it's yours. You don't have to watermark or "copyright" it in any way. It's yours. Someone else knowingly using another's intellectual property without permission, and specifically with intent to gain benefit, is a winning lawsuit for the owner of the intellectual property.

Second, I expect a message from you immediately explaining why you felt the need to post what you did. You crossed so many lines here I feel our community may be better off without you in it.

Waiting to hear from you,

Kevin
