Not entirely true. I was watching the BBC's Blue Planet, a certain fish herds silversides into the rocks on the reefs. The silversides slam into the rocks an than are easier to pick-off. :D
 
Lol, I guess its possible that a nem might get a stray injured one. The special I saw it was sardines not silversides. They were being herded in small balls & eaten by dophins, sharks, ect.
 
Anything(seafood) it will eat will be fine. Just chop it into small size, For a 1 inches anemone, food should be about 1/8 inches (each side) cube or smaller would be fine.
For such a small tank, it in not easy to keep thing stable, but not impossible.
