entertaining the idea of keeping E. Quadricolor.

I have kept E. Quadricolor w success in the past but am debating trying one in my 20. I know my tank is really pushing it size wise and wanted to hear what you guys think. would certainly not even entertain the idea of getting any other clown hosting anemone.

Looks good. You might want to supliment the light a little by feeding a piece of silverside once a week .
 
My only comment is that you (and your critters) would probably be happier with a 20L than a 20H. Tank carrying capacity is defined by water surface area, not volume (generally speaking). A 20L has 25% more surface area than a 20H - which not only gives you more surface area for gas exchange, it also allows you to buy 30" bulbs.

Additionally, light diminishes bases on the square of the distance from the source, so the shallower you can go, the more light your critters will get. The sun is so far away that a feet of distance one way or the other doesn't matter. However when you move the light source up close, the difference of a single foot can changing lighting intensity by 50%.
 
I am stuck with the tank I have for now. I think I will err on the side of caution and skip out on a clown hosting anemone.
