ES: JBJ 70W K-2 Viper HQI

This is a 70w clamp-on lamp that I used for about 4 months in a QT tank last year. Here are specifics:

The bulb it came with sucked, so I replaced it with an Ushio 70w 10K towards the end (maybe 2 weeks, if that). So the unit and bulb are in excellent condition. $80 OBO

Hi Tina,

Hard to say...depends on what you intend to light. Purple Monster - 4", birdsnest - 12", zoas - 18" It is really not a spotlight and is only 70w, but it would be good for a frag rack on the side of a tank with the Viper mounted above it. It is a good little utility light or a nano DT light.

That's what I'm looking for a frag/fuge type light. What type of spread does it have?

Probably about 12" to 16", maybe a little more, but pretty diffuse at the perimeter
