Yeah, its true that Triggers are great to eat. I've had them, but they are small fillets. Also, they are entertaining to catch.
While in Negril, Jamaica, I witnessed locals buying and eating just about any kind of reef fish that I have ever seen, and..... yes, they tasted good in the stew I had!

Maybe I'm just sick and twisted, but I sometimes wonder what my fish would taste like if I had run out of food and had to fry 'em up. I have a hippo tang that is nice and plump and looks the most appetizing. The rest of my fish are tiny and would be nothing more than a fish nugget. I have a mean damsel that I would take pleasure in devouring, and I don't know if I have the heart to eat my cute pair of clownfish.
