Some folks worry if their Copperband Butterflyfish will eat their clam. I just hope my clam won't eat the Butterfly!

Thanks and great thread, onegreenray. My T. squamosa is aprox. 10"x10" {26cm.x26cm.} counting full mantle extension. Viewed from above, this clams' mantle appears almost circular. Squamosa are usually shipped much smaller than this individual and they are relatively inexpensive.

Thanks, I have had this clam for 4 years. I bought it at my LFS somewhere between 3-4" and now it is 7"

that is a nice looking dersa. which are the harder to find dersa's the ones with the blue rim or the green rim? i was thinking of picking one up for my tank?

I would say the green rim because I never see them on RC or my LFS's

I saw that clams direct has lot of 3" blue rip derasa, so I just placed a order today. Can't wait to get them.
