Exciting news

Our Clarkiis were not eating earlier today. Seemed weird because they are piggies. Capt just went into the fish room to check on things before bed.

They laid their first clutch since we've had them!!!

It looks massive!

Eggs still there this morning. Woohoo. Our next fear was that they would eat them.


I think it's so funny that they laid. Saturday morning we woke up and the male clarkii was in the tank to the right (where the vivid fancies are). The female vivid fancy then jumped out of her tank and luckily landed into the refugium. The male vivid was a little roughed up but is doing great. I just think it's funny that this happens almost right after Archie's little field trip.
