Exotic Oceans?? Heard of it?

Anyone ever been to Exotic Oceans? I searched locally off marineland.com's site for area retailers and Exotic Oceans came up. Thinking maybe it's an old store that they moved? Might take a spin by it tonight. Was gullible enough to take a drive to Big Al's on the LFS list....
