Fans for Canopies

They will work, however it's better to push dry(er) air into a canopy than pulling wet(ter) air out through the fans reducing their life expectancy.

When I had a canopy I used two fans similar to that pushing outside air in and had two vent holes cut on top to help remove the heat and humidity. That was with metal halide though and might not be needed for your set-up.

How do you power them? I see they don’t have a “normal” plug.
That actually is a standard fan plug that is used by 99% of the fans used in computers so it is a standard, but I see you found the power supply for running off of AC power.

I took the top off my Canopy, cut a little bit off of the sides of a 2 x 4, then ripped it down the middle, sanded the Top of the Canopy inside, to bare wood, glued, clamp and screw the squared up boards to the top left and right insides, for rigidity. The Canopy and Aquarium is tall enough that you can’t see into the canopy when the front is attacked with the magnets. Leaves a nice Ripple affect above.
