I got my first feather duster about a month ago then I got another this past week they seemed open and happy but this past couple days they have gotten picked on by my dwarf angelfish. Is there any other way I can solve this without having to get rid of any of them.

Once a fish decides that something is 'tasty', there isn't a whole lot you can do. Removing the 'victim' for a while and hoping the fish forgets sometimes works, but it's almost never permanent. You simply have to decide which one you like better.
