Hey Kayla, how long have you been using Seachem Reef Salt? I just started using it myself after using IO for over 5 years. SO far I really am happy with it.
The LTA is in a 20 gallon with my Skunk Clowns at a friend's house. My friend was diagnosed with severe bone cancer (among other complications) and has to stay at home after enduring weeks of intense chemo, so I wanted to give her something relaxing and entertaining to pass the time and take her mind off of the situation. Because she lives literally down the road, I stop by weekly to check on the tank and perform water changes--all she has to do is topoff and feed on occasion.Originally posted by rjwilson37
Kayla, where is your nice big Long Tentacle.
It's a 24x24x20" acrylic "cube", custom made by My Reef Creations. The bottom was painted white and the sides black. Although the tank is BB, because it is so elevated (or I am so vertically challenged), I hardly notice. Coralline has begun to cover the bottom already as well.Originally posted by NewSchool04
the cube looks great! what are the dimensions and who built it?
I know Henry! I never swam for him, but he frequented many of the meets my group attended (Mark, Dwight, and Jeff were my coaches at John's Creek through the years). I never had the operation; the doc said it would be no guarantee I wouldn't run into additional problems in the future, and a friend who had the surgery ended up having a problem with the other. So I opted to end my swimming career instead (one of the hardest decisions of my life), although I still coach in the summer.Originally posted by Chrisrush
Kayla, I'm pretty sure that I swam under Henry Morrow, if memory serves me right. It was a long time ago and I only swam with him for a year or two before I moved to TX. Did you get your rotator cuff fixed? Both of mine are shot and one day I'll probably get them fixed.
That cap looks nice, almost blood red.
