Thanks guys I have a minor scare a week or so ago...I went down into the basement and saw that the support posts for the center steel beam were only 10ft apart and the ductwork for the Geothermal system was going to place the actual Geothermal furnace where the last few feet of the tank was going to be, which would essentially reduce the tank size by almost 500 gallons! Luckily, I got the HVAC guys out there the next day and the moved everything and I now have the planned 13 feet to work with. I gotta say I am really looking forward to that build!

Angler- Sorry for the late response...I just saw your question. I used a plan that I found on the net and completely changed the floor plan to suit what we wanted then had an architect draw it up....It's amazing how many small details come into play when you do that!
