Fish acts ok but is getting skinny

My foxface rabbitfish eats lots of nori and flakes. I also give him garlic and selcon. He seems healthy in his behavior but he is getting very skinny and I worry that he has some kind of intestinal parasite. Is there any kind of treatment I can give him without having to move him to QT? I have a huge tank at it will be impossible to catch him.

You can lace the food with garlic extract if you want to go the homeopathic route or praziquantel.
