Well Monday has come and gone and no promised packaged arrived. Just sent Lucas an email saying that I have lost all faith in his company and product. Really sad.:(:(

I know it's frustrating but he did mention to me that they've been having some issues with customs holding up their shipments.
 
Lucas has made every excuse under the sun why our products that we ordered in June have still not arrived, we are now fighting for the last two months for a refund. Again all sorts of excuses.
Just ask why premium aquatics dropped them or fish no chips in uk or reefgreentech in France the list of retailers that have lawsuit and police reports are long.
 
Thank you Mike for the great video! Please keep us updated as you are the only one with theirs working V3:( I contacted Lucas over the weekend and will be shipping mine back and upgrading since the V2 is a flop and can't be trusted.
I understand everyone's frustration I am in the same boat for sure:( I drilled six holes in the top of my $ 3,000.00 tank, plumbed my whole system around the Flowwolf and am afraid to start it up because I know its not going to work. For me I am to far not to give him a chance to make it right so I will just wait and maybe get lucky.
I am from the old school of hobbiest where if a vender put out a non tested product they were not around long. Today I see venders in our hobby doing it all the time with aquarium products but because they are now from all over the world this is what happens.

That is a load of ####### from his part. UK is in the EU and hence there is no customs issue. I get things from China faster!!!!

Well after a few emails it turns out my delivery was messed up:angryfire::angryfire:

It's 23:02 pm here right now. I can't contact courier until 8:00 in the morning, but I will update you as soon as I get a response.

Delivery dates are provided as a guidance to us, sometimes they can delay (specially when customs are involved). For example, shipments to the US that were due by Wednesday last week arrived part on Thursday and the rest on Friday and all were delayed by customs.

Please let me check this and update you in the morning.

I contacted TNT to pickup today because we made a mistake in shipments and swapped customer profiles.

We paid for a 24 hour service with TNT, but that's dependent on geographical destination. If all goes as it should, you will receive it tomorrow, but we cannot be 100% sure until tomorrow morning.
I will be following this closely.
Again, if I can do anything to compensate, please let me know.

Saying that the courierr messed up and lost our order. I can tell you it was not only one item but several Flowwolf etc. reactors, pumps.
Then they said that they make new ones. Then problems with suppliers, all sort of excuses.

But the rate of excuses from derKroon in beyond what is normal.
It seams like derKroon like to blame everyone but themselves

During this entire time,
We have not been able to talk to anyone at derKroon
They gave us two phone numbers,
A phony baloney uk number that is not in use and a Spanish number that only rings and rings and no one ever answers. Probably called them over 100times
Then when they reply via email and I ask for phone numbers. They never answer and send us on wild goose chase.
The likes of derKroon need to be stopped,
They ruin our industry as a whole.
 
That is not good, sad really. As we all know this hobby is not cheap so the last thing needed is the likes of the above.

We gave derKroon many chances to rectify and send products but were met with excuse after excuse.
We have now filled a police report for fraud and in talks with lawyers.
I understand that some might not believe us
But the people in the UK

Look at premium aquatics website and search derKroon they also have stopped carrying derKroon. So why do we all stop?
Because there is something wrong with derKroon
And that is they take your money and do not give you, your product or when asking for refund they don't give your money back!
Look at derKroons Facebook site there is poor a costumer that is openly asking for a refund or his products but no reply from Lucas!

I know a online forum is a shitty place to air dirty laundry
But we have to make people aware of crooks.

Thank you for coming on hear with your first 5 post, to as you say air your dirty laundry and to be honest it sounds like you may be a ex partner or a disgruntle ex employee?
But so far Derkroon and Lucas has done rite by me.
I had a problem with the first pump and they replaced it with the new upgraded version and so far it it working wonderful.
Here in the US I know the customs problems are real because the boxes come with customs written all over them and the packing slips are ripped open and usually contain no paper work?

For people who have reef tanks and ordered from them don't give up hope you can check my build thread and see my set up at least you know I have one.:beer:

Pay via PayPal as you have 45 days to make a claim and do make a claim if you don't get products.

I know in the UK nobody now stocks any of derkroon s products.
On another note my delivery which was supposed to arrive today, surprise, surprise..... Did not arrive. :sad1:
