I have recently discovered clove polyps on one of my zoa rocks. It is spreading pretty fast. This is my first experience with clove polyps and not sure how they spread.
Would I be able to remove the Rock and dip it in fluke dip? Or is it better to treat the whole tank?
Here's a pic of rock
Any help would be appreciated. If you have some fluke tablets please PM me.
Thanks
If you are sure it's only on the one rock, i would very carefully take the rock out, being extra careful not to touch the BCP as loose spores can spread through the tank and they will pop up everywhere. Then nuke the rock. Take the loss on those eagle eye zoas. They are a cheap/common/easy zoa to replace. You might get lucky and not have to treat the whole tank.
