found something wrong with my setup

I have an acpro with the temp, orp and ph in my sump and here are the readings:
ORP 410ppm
temp 78F
ph 8.3

Just perfect. But last night I accidentally pulled a ground probe out from my sump and the reading changed to:
ORP 195ppm
temp 78F
ph 8.7

yak! No wonder some of my sps went stn.

It like the temperature probe is not making the ground reference for the pH and ORP probes. If you have an ohm meter check the resistance between the titanium tip of the temp probe and the middle band of the connector; it should be 0 ohms.
I think that the ground probe and the serial connection made a ground reference so the 8.3 and 410 readings are the ones that are correct.

good to hear the first reading is correct, I suspect that too. but I almost did dump 1/2 a gallon of white vinegar to bring the ph down.

One thing I notice also is that when I move the controller around the ph meter reading flactuates a lot by.

Another thing that I notice is that if my 2 electronic pc are on my ph reading would read between 8.3 to 8.4. But if one of the pc turns off ph starts to read above 8.6. If bought pc are off ph reading go back to 8.3 to 8.4.
