Perry you are very observant and no shadows anywhere this lamp lights up the whole room. The reeflux 12k has nothing on the light this lamp throws out just wish I could use a par meter.Wow,
What a tough choice, under 10k, looks very bright in all areas of the tank, very little shading going on under that lamp. That said, I think it looks awesome, too many out there hiding imperfections under blue, lol... Your corals only look better, if that is at all possibleI would be afraid to see my tank around the 10k mark, I need the blue, lol... One day I suppose, ha, ha... Tank almost has that bright zeovit look under 10k, which is what is preferred based on their original guidelines, I could be mistaken though, haven't read zeovit manual in some time, lol... Based on the pics I viewed, I think the depth perception and coral distinction is heightened under the 10k lamps. I really like it, though I am prone towards zeovit looking tanks.
Best,
Nice picture my mother lives in Orlando and I visit often so next time I will pm you and arrange something.FWIW,

That reflux 10k is beast! Lights your tank wonderfully. I used the 12k with leds and loved it but with so many blue corals I would think your 10k will color everything up great. I agree, to k much blue tskes away from the tank and I am happy to see you are keeping the 10k bulb!
Great pics reeflover!
These are some amazing pieces
Is that a pink lemonade,at the 7th pic?
