FS: Hamilton dual 250w MH magnetic ballast

With my recent tank up grade I have this ballast for sale. It has been used for approx 2 years and is in great working order. I only replaced it so that I can run Radium 20k bulbs. Will bring this to the swap. Asking $100 obo

Hi,

I just bought (haven't picked up) a 6ft tank the footprint is 72x18x27 (155G)
Would those lights be OK for that tank? I don't know much about MH lights.

most people I know let each MH cover a 2' x 2' area. For a 6' tank I would think you would do better with 3 MH bulbs. This ballast will only power 2. It is only the ballast no sockets or bulbs.
