FS: sand and auto top off

I've got a couple things left over from the buildup of my tank that I'm tired of tripping over.

CaribSea Aragonite sand, 40lb bag unopened - $20

Auto top off kit from Aquahub, permium version. All the hardware you need, just add a bucket of water, a return pump and a return line. Brand new - $30

I checked the bag of sand when I got home today... its actually a 30lb bag, not 40 like I said in my first post.
