you need to return my emails about the light, please. Ive sent you multiple emails since saturday with no answer. Thanks
 
since you logged in 10:03 again and decided to ignore me again, I've opened a dispute on paypal.

Brad, Ive emailed you several times with no response. The light you sent has malfunctioning and broken parts. Ive found the replacement parts. radio shack sells the fans for $25 each. petmountain.com sell the mounts for 9.99 + 8 shipping 2 day ground. I need a refund of $68 or you need to make arrangements for return of the light. Im going on being without a light for almost two weeks now dealing with you.
p.s..the bulbs were not ati as you advertised. They are the stock bulbs that came with unit.

sorry to bring this public but it seems this may be the only way to get this fixed.
 
I never received a pm, phone call or text. (I gave you my number to reach me) I dont check my email very often. I have not checked this thread in awhile due to the server issues. We have since communicated and can not come to a resolution, you have chosen to refuse my offer to return the light on terms of splitting the shipping cost.

If you chose to bash me on here start your own thread about it. I will let paypal deal with this issue.
