After many moons of running 20k bulbs I decided to try new bulbs and new ballasts(coralvue and reeflux 12k)
Still some getting used to. My sps are in still in the process of getting used to the new bulbs.

Here is my recently redone 40 breeder. Just made the switch to SPS 2 months ago.

Hopefully it grows into a beautiful SPS tanks like many on here!

I gotta come by and see your tank with the new Coralvue and 12k Reeflux.... Hopefully my pics can do ya proud, since you've definitely got one of the nicest tanks in the area, and I look at it's beauty as a definite personal goal.

this is with 2x10k XM 250w. The glass is dirty because I just made a zillion frags and was leaving for my drive back to school in 30 minutes, so I snapped a quick pic and ran. Just installed LuminArc Minis the night before as well.

This one is the night before, right after finally installing the luminarcs at 2am. The right side is 10kXM on an Icecap 250w electronic, the left side is 12k Reeflux on a coralvue electronic.

EDIT: Oh, and those pics are without VHO actinic, as I destroyed the wiring harness when installing the LA Minis, so those are straight MH bulb action.
