Thanks gasman, I never did figure out exactly what was causing it. I still have the occasional STN event, but much less frequently now (knock on wood). The STN became pretty much a moot point any way when the seam let go on the 225. Lost some really nice pieces waiting for the new/replacement tank. But it was worth the wait.

I'm hoping the Pokerstar monti will come back around. In the end shot, to the left of the green A. gemmifera. The big white with brown polyps, Yup, thats a Pokerstar.

For the love of god I can't keep a digitata in my tank (go figure)lol
anyways it is what it is and we move on.
