furan 2 substitute

I recently had a bad outbreak of zoa pox in my tank. I went to several LFS' but none had API Furan2, but I found this instead http://www.thatpetplace.com/pet/group/4808/product.web The active ingrediants are the same (nitrofurazone and furazolidone) and appears to be working very well. Its just a powder form. I used four capfuls per one gallon of SW. One frag will more than likely require more treatments, but thats the only one that I still see any pox on.

Its the same as furan I believe, good against gram negative and gram positive bacteria?
