Hello guys
i dont know if you guys alredy noticed that GCARROLL was banned from reefcentral and i think that the descion the moderater took, to bann him was a mistake because he did not ofend any one and logically if some one ofends,or name calls,or calls you a rasict,or says your a liar. you obvisoly have to repond to that with something smarter than they are .so i am asking if please moderaters relok at the thread and you will see what im talking about btw i think we could give him a second chance like many other people have had PLEASE BRING GCARROLL BACK HE IS A NICE GUY REALLY to all friends of GCARROLL lets all support him so we can bring him back adn the way we can support him is writing to the modraters to bring him back

I agree. He shouldn't have been banned. There are other guys on that thread that should have been banned. Not him.

from what i have read its not up to us... mods and mods alone do it... we have NO SAY in this matter...

Like the last post by Anemone said, all he needs to do is email the mod and say he would play nice. I think the mods would be more then willing to give him a second chance.

Folks, this has absolutely no bearing on the situation.

And defending the behavior that lost someone their posting privileges definitely won't help bring them back.

No Hugo, you don't.

There is a "report this post to moderator" link at the bottom of each post. If a member takes it upon themselves to start swinging, they'll be considered "part of the problem" and will be removed.

Hugo, If Greg and the others wan't to come back all they have to do it e-mail Kevin or one of the other mods. Its been said a few time aready.

I think Kevin said it was "time out" .....


I don't know Greg that well but he doesn't stike me as a guy that would do this...Look at it this way. He'll have more time to spend with his kids.

basically, just over some trash talking on a recent thread. and the mods decided to ban him and others. to keep peace on this forum.

I don't know Greg, but from his posts he was looking out for other. He has only stated fact about anything anyone sold. Sometime the truth hurt. I hope they may reconsider the situation. -=Mach6=-

What you want to do here is admirable, but try to understand that what amounts to pestering the staff here will never get you what you want.
When a member is banned, they are contacted by someone at RC, and they are given a contact email to discuss the situation. As much as you want to help does not change the fact that fixing the mistake is up to the person that made the mistake in the first place.

Bah, gregcarrol seemed to be a very helpful poster. Hopefully he will make nice with the mods. I read that thread, he was not out of line IMO, but then again I'm not a mod.
