Ghellin's 180 build.

looks like system is stable and you are starting to get some pretty good growth.

what are you looking to add for stocking?

It really is taking off. I can see new growth daily. Still sucking up the calcium at a steady rate though. I am surprised I haven't had to increase much yet....

I still want to add a Blonde Naso and a few different wrasses but that should really be all the livestock. I need to add to my CUC and just keep adding corals for now and hopefully keep the parameters as stable as possible. I finally added a new ATI Blue+ T5 and removed a the old 6000K bulb I had in there. Money has been tight lately so slow is the only option lol.

Now that is has been almost a month and the new baby is doing great, its back to the tank. Newly added T5 retro fits. Two 80 watt bulbs, I plan to use ATI blue+ bulbs when I get money again lol.

Do you have any heat issues in the canopy or have any kind of venting?

I don't have any fans or vents but there really are no heat issues at all. The LED heatsinks drop in from the top so most the heat from the LEDs just radiates upward. The T5s do heat the canopy air a bit but it really has little effect on the tank temp. I keep my house at 72℉ in the summer and the tank has never hit 80℉.

Snagged a nice new flasher wrasse. Started TT on Saturday should be tank ready for the 180 on 2/21/16.

Nice! I have a pair of male Carpenters that hang out and flash each other, it's quite the show. I'd recommend a second one when you get the chance!

Good to know! I like pairs so that will most likely happen. I currently have the bonded pair of Coris Wrasses and the ruby headed fairy wrasse that is pictured a few posts up.
