DIY Coooling when you can't afford a chiller. this worked REALLY well for the tank but made my basement a sauna ) :

Ghetto drip acclimator: large soup container with frags and store water, small container with tiny hole and tank water. When the frags are smaller you can just sit the top cup in the big one.
