Consider treatment with Septra instead of Cipro. Cipro may worsen bleaching.
As Orion mentioned, there was a dealer in the UK that was individually QTing gigs in separate containers. I was hoping to dig up a photo, but I can't find it. You'd have to QT the nems like this for a month or so in order to guarantee that they are healthy. IME, it can take up to a month for a sick gig to actually show signs of sickness. Many times, newly imported gigs actually look great, are eating, and show no signs of sickness. A couple of weeks later and the gig is barely alive.
i have treated my gigs with Cipro, even at double dose (500mg/10gal) and no bleaching whatsoever.
The potential problem I see is that now that they're all together, the likelihood for one sick gig to transfer the infection to the others is high.
