Most of the small pyramidellids found as hitchhikers have some sculpture, either axial or concentric, or both. If it's completely smooth, and skinny, my first guess would be that it's a eulimid, which are usually parasitic on echiniderms. Some of the small rissoids are also white and smooth. If it REALLY looks like the little Mitrella species in the first link, with the same overall shape and apertural shape, there are a few columbellids that are almost totally white that might fit the bill. I'd rather see a pic than guess, though.
