green BTA changed color to purple

I just brought home a green BTA and it has changed color to purple. Is this normal. Will it go back to green. It is under metal halides.

looks like mine! except mine was never green. I thought it was gonna become pink but it didn't. just purplish brown with white tips.

it looks somewhat deflated to me. Wait a couple of days till it gets settled in and fully expands.

My LTAs did this ...looked like they had green bodies and purple tips. Then they fully expanded and they were just green

Man, I think you hit the jackpot with the anemone. I've never seen one that color. It's kind of indigo. Greens are common. If it doesn't change back to green, I'll gladly send you a green one in exchange.

I'm not how sure they will react with metal halides but this is what my nems looks like for most of the day with 2 18k T-5s and 2-actinics. they only fully "bloom" when the 2 6700 mid day bulbs come on for 6 hours of the day.
