So I got a carpet anemone from a guy that was taking his tank down, drip climate for about two hours she has been in my tank for three days so my concern is that she move right under a ledge in a cave where she is barely getting any light should I worry or just let her be!

Leave her alone. If she wants more light she'll move. Your lights might be brighter then the previous owners and she might be shading herself.

What lights do you have? What lights did the previous own have?

If there is a big difference, I would suggest acclimating it to your lights be using 3 layers of window screening (( supported by egg crate )) and remove a layer every 5-7 days. I have used it with several of my S. haddonis (( that is the type of anemone that you have )).

Also, what do you have for flow?

The previous owner had a nova extreme with eight t5 ho I'm running two 250 watt MH and the flow in my tank is provide by a MP40w es!

That is a lot of flow for an S. haddoni in a 75. Mine, that were in a 75, were with 2 MP10's, and that was almost too much.

What size tank was the other one?

I'm with Todd. If the flow is to strong, the haddoni will not be happy. It will most likely hide (like its doing) or move all over the place looking for a calm spot.

+2 my haddoni does not like flow at all. Slower moving water makes mine really spread out, inversely adding a lot of flow to my tank and it retracts under a rock like pictured above.
