Harlequin Tusk growth rate?

I'm thinking of setting up a 55g-ish species tank and like most of you, I have always loved the harlequin tusk. It would probably just be the tusk, a mystery wrasse, and maybe a springeri damsel or 2. He'd have to be in this tank for 2 years until I move to a bigger place and can set up a 200g+ FOWLR tank. If I were to acquire a small juvenile (1-2"), how long could I keep him in a 4' tank with minimal rockwork (though enough to provide shelter). Thanks guys :rollface:

A 55 will not work even for small HT. Mine grew from 2 inches to 5 in 8 months. He is in a 320 gal
